Amelia was born to her mother after a drunken one night stand, Amelia's mother had just been kicked out of home for being expelled from school she was only seventeen at the time and she went out with some older friends who got her some alcohol and she got drunk and a young wizard in his early twentys with no known name at the time had found her drunk and laying on a park bench he had offered to take her home but as they were both drunk they ended up at his house and in bed. Amelia's mum left in the morning not waiting around to talk to the young man, she was ashamed of herself and homeless. When Amelia was born her mother moved in with Amelia's great grandparents who helped raise Amelia while her mum tried to go back to school, Amelia was an only child due to her mother not having much interest in children, as a child Amelia was often found in her room playing alone as she didn't really like playing with the neighbours kids who picked on her for being different, and they pic! ked on her when odd things happened. After her mother finished school she went to work as a waitress and so she wasn't home a lot of the time so she didn't really see a lot of Amelia or the odd things that would happen when Amelia would get emotional, and Amelia's great grandparents wouldn't tell Helena about them encase they were imagining it.
